The position will include various office duties, like filing, answering phones, preparing documents and data entry.
The Office Assistant should have strong communication skills as you will be communicating with all levels of clients as well as employees.
You should also be customer service oriented and comfortable working with people.
The ideal candidate should have experience using a computer (excel, word, quickbooks) good writing, along with good interpersonal skills.
Hours for this job are M-F 8am to 5pm but are flexible.
